Dissolving acetylene plant is easy to operate, reasonable process, safe and reliable, features are as follows:

★ Gas production section: the generator is water-sealed, low-pressure open type, the feeding port is made of high-quality stainless steel plate, to prevent sparks, large feeding, no need to break. It is equipped with the process of "automatic slag discharge, automatic water filling device, anti-jamming device of slag discharge valve to prevent pressure rise and siphon generation", and the process of overflow pipe to prevent high water level, which is easy to operate and safe to use. Generator and gas storage tank with pressure differential complementary and overpressure venting device, gas storage tank special material anti-corrosion treatment technology.

★ Compression section: the compressor is equipped with safety valve, overpressure automatic venting device.

★ Filling section: acetylene filling row is equipped with three-stage fire retardant device, using high pressure acetylene special valve, high pressure air return device to prevent explosion accident.

★ Environmental protection and energy saving: After the slurry is precipitated, the clean water is injected into the high water tank by the pump for recycling
