Energy-saving measures for 20-360Nm3 Acetylene plant

High purity acetylene gas plant, the device is composed of acetylene generator, forward and reverse safe water seal, gas storage tank, Central safe water seal, water separator, compressor and filling unit etc.

a. The acetylene generator cylinder is in strict accordance with the requirements of the national chemical engineering design code, and the wall thickness is 8mm to ensure the service life and use safety.

b. The generator is equipped with manual and automatic slag discharge system. The automatic slag discharge can discharge calcium carbide fine slag regularly according to the siphon principle.

Manual slagging selection of large diameter cast steel ball valve, simple, convenient, easy maintenance.

c. Built-in calcium carbide uniform distributor in the generator, so that the reaction between calcium carbide and water is more thorough, the reaction speed is more uniform, and the operation is more stable.

In technology, Forward and reverse water seal is set at the front end and back section of the generator to ensure that no tempering occurs even in the case of pipeline fire, so as to ensure safety to the greatest extent.
