skid-mounted oxygen and nittrogen plantde adopts the process flow of air through the air filter, into the air compressor, compressed to 1.0MPa in the compressor, after cooling into the purifier, in which the air moisture, carbon dioxide and acetylene and other impurities are removed. The purified air enters the heat exchanger for heat exchange with the returned oxygen and polluted nitrogen. After the distillation column, the waste nitrogen enters the turbine expander and provides the main cold source after expansion. The air in the intake tower is liquefied, and the liquid air is throttled into the upper tower and finally gets oxygen. The waste nitrogen is reheated by the cooler and heat exchanger and then sent out through the liquid oxygen pump as the product. The waste nitrogen is used as the regeneration purifier.
