Expander: we use gas bearing expander, small size, integrated in the cold box, no need to occupy an area, no additional power supply.

The expander runs quietly and is highly efficient and energy saving, which greatly shortens the start-up time of the equipment, and the air separation equipment has a large margin without increasing any cost.

Product specifications

The large and medium-sized industrial oxygen gas plant air separation plant is not conducive to self-removal and also increases the cold loss of the hot end. When the temperature of the cold end of the return gas rises, the temperature difference at the hot end decreases, the temperature of the middle part recovers, and the temperature of the cold end of the forward air also rises. Carbon dioxide may not be removed, and self-removal is difficult to guarantee.

The newly installed fractionation tower of the large and medium-sized industrial oxygen gas plant air separation plant must be thoroughly heated and blown away before starting up and resuming work after a long-term shutdown. After being put into operation, the fractionation tower encounters liquid suspension failure that cannot be eliminated, or the pressure difference before and after the heat exchanger pressure is greater than 0.5 MPa at the end of the operation cycle, and the oxygen and nitrogen purity and output must be heated and blown away.

About the quality control of skid-mounted industrial oxygen gas plant products

We have QC personnel staying on the production line for inspection. All products must be inspected before delivery. We conduct online inspections and final inspections.

1. All raw materials will be inspected as soon as they arrive in our factory.

2. Check all parts and logos and all details during the production process.

3. Check all packaging details during the production process.

4. All production quality and packaging will undergo final inspection after completion.
