    Advantages or features of hospital VPSA Oxygen generator

    In a cycle, each adsorption tower pass through six steps: adsorption, consequent pressure release, vacuum desorption, vacuum cleaning, pressure equalizing, oxygen pressurized, and at the same time the adsorption tower in different operation stages, respectively. Process is as follows:

    (1) The raw material is filtered by air muffler to remove mechanical impurities, after blower, booster to 0.7Mpa,then entering absorption tower from the bottom, the moisture and carbon dioxide in the air is adsorbed, nitrogen is absorbed too, oxygen adsorption rarely, concentration in the gas phase, and is discharged from the top of the absorption tower, for separating oxygen and nitrogen to obtain high purity of oxygen. This step is called adsorption. Get part of the oxygen as a product, after pressure regulation to the downstream devices.

    (2) When the adsorbent adsorption nitrogen is close to saturation, stop to enter air into adsorption tower and oxygen production, began to "consequent pressure release". Release gas flows into other adsorption tower or equalizing pressure gas tank, the energy recovery with pressure of gas and high purity of oxygen, used for cleaning and pressing for the next cycle, increase the oxygen yield of device.

    (3) After the "consequent pressure release "step, with the vacuum pump to the adsorption tower, vacuum desorption adsorbent on the adsorption of nitrogen, make the adsorbent regenerating of. This step is called "vacuum desorption.

    (4)When vacuum adsorption tower, at the same time, use of high purity oxygen for cleaning, replacement the adsorption of nitrogen in adsorbent, nitrogen gas desorption more thoroughly. This step is called "vacuum cleaning".

    (5) After "vacuum cleaning", adsorption tower is still in the vacuum state, with the “consequent put pressure” out flow of gas booster, this step is called the "Equalizing pressure".

    (6) "equalizing pressure" step is completed, the introduction of product oxygen booster for adsorption tower, at the same time the introduction of air from the inlet end, start to adsorption, into the next cycle.

    System constantly repeat the above steps, the cyclical switch, the device can produce oxygen smoothly.
