Small Air Separation Plant Unit

In order to meet the various requirements of customers and reduce energy consumption, the large-medium air separation plant adopts the low-pressure air separation process of adsorptive purification by molecular sieve at normal temperature, booster turbine expander, among which the advanced process of full rectification for argon extraction is adopted for the large-sized air separation equipment with argon.

In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the device, small air separation plant unit is mainly considered from the following aspects:

All pressure vessels, pressure pipes and pressure components in the device are strictly designed, manufactured and inspected in accordance with relevant national regulations. The air separation cold box and the pipes in the tower are all qualified through strength calculations.

Implement 1% liquid safety discharge for the main cooling and crude argon condenser in the device to prevent the accumulation of dangerous impurities (such as hydrocarbons). This measure is simple, practical and reliable, which can effectively ensure a safe operation of the condensate evaporator, does not need special operation or maintenance.

Liquid discharge safety: A separate liquid evaporation device is installed behind the liquid discharge pipe to ensure that the discharged liquid is completely vaporized and emptied, preventing the liquid from freezing the equipment foundation and frostbiting the operator.
