In order to meet the various requirements of customers and reduce energy consumption, the large-medium air separation plant adopts the low-pressure air separation process of adsorptive purification by molecular sieve at normal temperature, booster turbine expander, among which the advanced process of full rectification for argon extraction is adopted for the large-sized air separation equipment with argon.

The refrigeration compressor adopts an energy-saving device and is equipped with a hot gas bypass line, which works when the pressure is lower than 0.33MPa (G). The user can freely choose the hot gas bypass or refrigeration compressor unloading methods to adjust the refrigeration capacity; Adopts international brand refrigeration compressor which runs reliably, saves electricity, has a long life, and has high refrigeration efficiency. It avoids not only the disadvantages caused by the easy burn-up of the hermetic compressor completely but also the shortcomings of easy oil leakage and high maintenance rate at the shaft seal of the domestic semi-hermetic refrigeration compressor. The refrigeration compressor have the function of automatic unloading, which can fully realize energy saving.
