  The process flow is as follows:

  The clean air is compressed to 1.2MPa by an air compressor, and then enters the air precooling unit to cool to about 5-10°C. After the water is separated, it enters the purifier, where the carbon dioxide, acetylene and water contained in the compressed air are all removed. absorb. The clean and dry compressed air enters the heat exchanger of the fractionation tower from the purifier, and separates oxygen and nitrogen according to the physical properties of the three-state change of the substance. The separated product oxygen is compressed and boosted to 14.7Mpa by the liquid oxygen pump, and then exits the tower through the oxygen heat exchanger, and is filled into bottles at the oxygenation station.
