Small Argon Gas Generator

Brief introduction about small argon gas generator: 

The argon gas generator is adopting cryogenic technology to separate the argon source from the air and then purifying the raw argon source to get the high purity product argon.

The whole set of the argon gas generator is classified mainly into three parts: 

1) gaseous air treating section, includes air filtering, air compressing, air cooling, air purifying and air liquefying; 

2) liquid air treating section, includes air separating and product gas extracting; 

3) equipment controlling system, includes instrumental control and electric control.

4) The inner parts of the cold box of the liquid air separation equipment adopts all-aluminum alloy structure, and anti-corrosion measures are taken on the inner and outer surfaces of the cold box, so that the overall cold box is more beautiful and durable. The cold box plate is designed into a large-format frame structure in the manufacturing plant, assembled and manufactured, and shipped in pieces to reduce the installation workload on the project site.

5) Using advanced DCS computer control technology, the integrated control of central control, machine side and local control is realized, which can effectively monitor the production process of the entire air separation plant.
